Write Label developed a new line of products to help this major TV network respond quickly to RFPs and win new business

The Challenge

A major television network’s branded content studio needed to create a number of video ideas quickly, for a seven figure RFP opportunity – five different series of web videos with 5-7 episodes each.


The Solution

Write Label developed a branded content solution that allowed the network team to submit several “ideation” projects to receive thoughtful, professionally written pitches. From these initial pitches, the client would select their favorites, and then run projects to further develop the specific episode concepts.

Write Label also developed a proposal tool, using the network’s own template, to deliver a client-ready response to the RFP.


Ideas Generated

Through these multi-step creative workflows, several requests quickly resulted in 41 ideas for different series. From there, the client selected 13 of their favorite concepts and ran a new project to refine the offering. In all, the client submitted four requests through Write Label, inspiring 101 different ideas – all in a matter of hours, not days or weeks.


The Result

The network was able to quickly respond to the RFP with five different web series concepts, each with 5-7 episodes. The network won the contract for more than $1+ million – all for approximately $2,000 in spend on Write Label – an ROI of more than 500x.
